facility. He believes that one of the most important aspects of his work is

as blindness and deafness. Because of these conditions, He has to be
extremely patient with his clients. J.J. also finds that the use of respect
and humor help him bond more readily with his clients.

T.D. enjoys caring for the children and young people in
the schools where she works, but sometimes she is faced with tough situations
such as suspected child abuse and neglect, teen pregnancy, and alcohol and
drug use among teenagers. She works hard to ensure that the children in her
