It will also include a personal assessment of communication skills and steps for improving your interpersonal communication. Upon completion of this assignment, you should be able to: Apply interpersonal communication theory to real situations and contexts. Assess personal communication skills and identify steps for improvement. Instructions Reflect over the last four modules of readings, assignments, and podcasts. The Summary Paper should demonstrate that you can apply the materials presented in the course by using real-life examples from your personal and professional experiences. Develop a thorough discussion and application of communication concepts and skills in a 6-8 page, double-spaced essay. Use the following outline to format the paper (label each area in the paper). THE FOLLOWING ARE THE GENERAL INSTRUCTIONS. FOR PAPER FORMATTING, YOU MUST FOLLOW “THE EXPLICIT SUMMARY PAPER FORMAT INSTRUCTIONS” IN THE 2ND ANNOUNCEMENT FOR WEEK 5.
