You are required to prepare a report based on the case study: “Parramatta City Council Car Park System” (provided
on LEO) incorporating topics from week 1 to week 4 and supported by references through additional readings. Your
active participation in the class will also be taken into account & may be assessed.
You may consult with other students, but each student will receive an individual grade for his or her work.
Most importantly this reflective report should demonstrate how you have actively engaged in the unit materials
(Theory Study Guide and other sources). It should show how you have drawn ideas from the unit materials to
explain key issues relating to the Business Analysis in the case study provided.
Your reflection must be YOUR OWN and must NOT repeat the summary notes from LEO. It may include relevant
diagrams, pictures, audios or videos, created by yourself or others with proper acknowledgement.
To demonstrate your engagement with the unit materials, include relevant references to them, for example:
references to the relevant topic notes, or to other readings or online materials.
Feedback: As specified in the unit outline.
Your case study report should be structured as follows:
1. Introduction– Provide an overview of your report (e.g., purpose,
scope etc).
2. Identify the main issues and problems
3. Analyse and evaluate critically all relevant issues

4. Conclusion– Summarise and synthesise your report.
