Chapter One – Introduction (350 words) – Aims and objectives of the case study, comprehensive definition of strategy, global strategy, global corporate strategy, and global strategic management. Also, introduce the tourism organisation of your choice from the four organisations with its brief history, and outline the structure of the case study research.
Chapter Two – Strategy, Global Strategy and concept of Strategic Management (600 words)
Discuss the organisations vision, mission, culture and values.
Demonstrate an understanding of global strategic management in your organisation of choice.
Mention your organisations strategic positioning and options.
Discuss the strategy and strategic management as it relates to their strategic positioning and options.
