-Serum samples of patients with pernicious anaemia, has antibody to react with 95 KDa a-subunit and 60-
90kDa glycosylated B-subunit. So, the expected size of the protein being detected should be in the range of
60-90kDa or above 90kDa.when using the precisions plus protein kaleidoscope standards #161 -0375
marker the bands above 75kDa are a and below 75 (should be closer to 75) are B(Dow et al 1985).
