In groups of 3 students, create and complete a continuous professional development (CPD) plan in a poster format. Ensure the below elements are included:
Introduction to CPD (100 words).
Describe the CPD cycle (200 words).
3. State the benefit of CPD to your group and its impact on your professional career goals (200 words).
Explain the benefit of CPD to employers (200 words).
Detail 6 CPD activities which would benefit you as professionals in the construction sector (200 words).
Conclusion (100 words).

Please note:
All students must be allocated in groups during the tutorial session in week 1.
You need to create a poster (a minimum of A3), using Microsoft PowerPoint or Publisher
Font size should be appropriate to the poster size (a minimum of 13pt) for the main text. 31pt for the sub-heading and 54pt for the title.
Use any of the following fonts for your text: Arial or Times New Roman
Include images, graphs and or diagrams to make it more visually appealing
You need to include in-text citations and a reference list according to Harvard Referencing style.
A minimum of 5 or above in-text citations are required. Your file formatting must be (pdf)
Students should come to the classroom with their own laptops. Only one poster must be subenitted per group (by the group leader)
Create a cover page to include student name, student ID, year and cohort group and lecturer name
Each student mast submit a cover page (detailing their names, and group member names) and fill the rule allocation table (lemplate is in Moodle)
