Cut and paste into a Word document.Convert the five (5) closed-ended questions to five (5) open-ended questions (but save the original five closed-ended questions. Note: Change to an open-ended question by eliminating the answer choices and leaving a blank for the person to fill in an answer.Now you should have ten (10) questions, five (5) open-ended and five (5) closed-ended questions in your Word document.Step 2: Create a Survey in SurveyMonkeySet up a free account on SurveyMonkey (if you already have an account, you may use it).Select “sign up” in the upper right-hand corner.It should show you a registration form for a free account.Note: Remember your login name and password because you will have to log back in to get your survey results.Use the ten (10) questions you created above (five open-ended and five closed-ended questions) to develop a survey in SurveyMonkey.Post the survey in the module’s SurveyMonkey Links Discussion area by the middle of the module week. Confirm the topic by indicating the assigned topic in your thread.Step 3: Answer Posted Student SurveysRespond to five classmates’ surveys using the links posted in the Survey Assignment Discussion Board by the due date in the Calendar of Activities.Indicate in the reply that you have taken the survey.Note: The answers to the survey will post automatically to your SurveyMonkey account.Step 4: Evaluate Your Created SurveyYou will use SurveyMonkey to evaluate the different responses between open- and closed-ended questions once five or more students have answered your survey.
